What you’ll do:

Responsible for monitoring of dialer system and calling list imports.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Principal Functions & Responsibilities

  • Monitors outbound and inbound associate performance and offers recommendations in support of all groups.
  • Proactively works with all areas of Operations to identify opportunities to plan new Dialer Strategies.
  • Monitors and manages call volume.
  • Pulls the collection data to analyse strategies, recommend improvements, and identify defects and/or areas for concern.
  • Acts as dialer support for Operations. Helps in managing campaigns and provides training and/or troubleshooting for any phone-related concerns/issues.
  • Escalate/inform all concerned parties of any phone-related issues and problems. Assists in any downtime as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proficient in Microsoft office preferably Microsoft Excel.
  • With or without experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong written communication skills, excellent grammar, spelling, and sentence construction.
  • Keen to details, strong analytical skill, flexible, process oriented, optimistic, and goal oriented.
  • Can work with minimal supervision.
  • Professional demeanor, dependable, and able to maintain confidential information.
