Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate/Specialist will be responsible for supporting the company's marketing efforts through search engine optimization, copywriting, organizing marketing materials, adhoc project management and analyzing data. This role will focus on assisting the Head of Marketing with providing project management skills so that marketing materials are executed in a timely manner, reporting regularly on the status of projects and their lifecycle, optimizing website content and landing pages for SEO, performing keyword research, and tracking and analyzing website analytics. The associate/specialist will also research and analyze competitor advertising links and provide insights based on data analysis.

Social Media pages will be monitored by the Marketing Associate/Specialist. The role will entail alerting the Head of Marketing and COO of urgent matters to ensure that comments or Social Media channels are addressed in a proper and timely manner.

Job Details:

  • Marketing Associate/Specialist (Copywriting, SEO, and Google Analytics)
  • Work onsite (Alabang) – Nightshift
  • Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM

*There would be occasions when you would be requested to drop by the office or an event on a weekend.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management
  • Social Media Management
  • Event Management
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research and expand keyword opportunities
  • Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Analyze data and provide insights based on company’s business goals
  • Organize and analyze large datasets from various sources
  • Provide actionable suggestions or solutions based on data analysis
  • Support other marketing efforts as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO, copywriting, and data analysis
  • Has been able to implement Social Media content calendars and crisis management
  • Previous event management experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to track and measure website performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to stay up to date with industry trends and technologies
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
