Summary:
The Customer Care Representative role is key to onboarding our new customers and setting them up for success. This role welcomes our new customers and engages with them on items related to general account or payment questions and newly past due accounts.
Essential Duties:
- Congratulate and welcome new customers to the company via inbound or outbound calls.
- Assist customers in setting up recurring payments.
- Answer customer questions related to general account maintenance (e.g.: balances, payments, address changes, etc.)
- Ensure account maintenance is updated within the core system of record.
- Connect with customers with accounts that are slightly past due and assist them with making a payment or setting up a recurring ACH
- May support other functions within Collections and Servicing teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service and/or call center experience preferred.
- Experience working in financial services, lending, or payments preferred.
