Marketing Lead Data Analyst

We are looking for a Marketing Lead Data Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to deliver meaningful insights that inform marketing strategy and decision-making, visualize data through dashboards, reports and evaluate data processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Analyze lead data from various sources to identify high-performing channels, campaigns, and tactics
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key lead generation metrics and performance trends
•Conduct testing and experiments to optimize lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates
•Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the lead generation strategy
•Segment and profile leads to enable more targeted and personalized outreach
•Clean, organize, and maintain lead data to ensure accuracy and integrity
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging lead generation technologies

•Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics, or a related field
•1-3 years of experience as a data analyst, marketing analyst, or in a lead generation/demand generation role
•Proficient in MS Excel and experience with data visualization tools.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Familiarity with lending or lead generation industry.
•Experience in Sales and Marketing Data Analysis.

•Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven recommendations
•Attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
•Adaptability and willingness to continuously learn and improve lead generation strategies
